I wouldn't mind if they dialed back the vanilla and the sweetness a touch, but overall they definitely hit their target. It's way more about the added tangerine and vanilla than the Amarillo and Motueka hops, but they do provide a nice countering bitterness and depth of flavor. O: This one has been on my list to try for a while because, 1) I love a good Creamsicle, and 2) that label art is so cool. M: Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, creamy The space for this taproom was stripped back to a vanilla shell from its former identity as a breakfast cafe, and re-designed around a signature 35 long bar. T: Tangerine and vanilla pop right away and run the show with the hops kinda taking a back seat, but they do slowly emerge, bringing more citrus as well as some tropical and stone fruit, lemon lime, mango, peach, apricot, and passion fruit, a bit floral, faint grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, lactose, and light caramel sweetness. Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glassĪ: Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little thin lacing. Fruity, the papaya is nice, not particularly sour.
